Introduction & Overview
Branday and its associated subdomain (app.branday.com) respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from our users. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), Branday will promptly investigate and respond to allegations of copyright infringement on our platform or services.
Takedown Notice Instructions
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent, and you believe content on Branday or its subdomain (app.branday.com) infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notification by sending the following information in writing to our designated agent:

Counter-Notice Instructions
If you believe content you posted on Branday was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Branday reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. In appropriate cases, Branday may suspend or permanently disable accounts after a single confirmed incident of copyright infringement.
