Website privacy notice
Last updated November 4, 2026. This notice covers the Branday marketing website at branday.com. For the app at app.branday.com and our design services, see our service privacy policy and terms of service. Copyright concerns are covered by our DMCA policy.
Who to contact
Branday LLC operates this marketing website. Our business address is 5319 University Dr #10083, Irvine, CA 92612, United States. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email hello@branday.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your request before responding.
Demo requests and correspondence
When you contact us, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, business email, company, team size, budget and message. We use these to answer your inquiry and discuss our services. Please do not send sensitive personal information. We handle demo requests separately from your analytics preferences.
Requests are stored in private, encrypted Amazon Web Services storage in the United States and emailed to our team. Our website request archive expires after 90 days; previous storage versions may remain for up to 30 additional days. Email correspondence and records needed for an ongoing business relationship may be retained longer. We use AWS and our email service providers to process these requests.
Cookies and optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is enabled by default for visitors whose network location is identified as the United States, unless they have opted out or send a Global Privacy Control signal. You can opt out at any time using “Privacy choices” below. It stays off outside the US and when location is unknown. Network location is approximate and can be affected by VPNs. The website remains available without analytics.
When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers to measure visits, page paths, general device/browser information and successful demo requests. Your IP address is transmitted to Google when Analytics loads. Google processes analytics information, including in the United States. We do not intentionally send form contents, names, emails, URL query strings or fragments to Analytics. We do not use this integration for advertising, remarketing, Google Signals or tracking into our app.
We remember your opt-out until you change it or clear browser storage, including opt-outs saved before this policy changed. Other preference records expire after 180 days. Our controls use self-hosted CookieConsent; preference records stay in your browser. Opting out stops future collection and removes our marketing analytics cookies. It does not automatically delete data already collected. We treat Global Privacy Control as a rejection of analytics, even if you previously accepted. See Google's privacy policy.
The existing Analytics property retains user-level and event-level data for 14 months, with user retention renewed on new activity. We preserved these settings to retain the existing reporting history. Standard aggregated reports are not subject to these retention controls. Under existing account-level settings, Google may use aggregated, de-identified measurement data for modeling and benchmarking.
Hosting and essential processing
AWS delivers and secures the website. Network information such as IP addresses must be processed to deliver requests and determine analytics eligibility. The eligibility endpoint does not store your IP address or country. Operational logs, where generated, are retained for up to 30 days. Essential preference storage is used to remember your privacy choice.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us using the address above. We do not sell personal information or use this site's analytics for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights.
Where European data protection law applies, we process inquiries to respond to requests or take steps toward a contract, and use legitimate interests for proportionate security and business correspondence where appropriate. Website analytics is disabled outside the United States. International processing and the providers involved may require additional contractual safeguards under applicable law.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website and our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
