Portfolio, pricing architecture, promotional calendar and channel mix, planned by agents that know your margins and your brand, and signed off by a commercial lead who has run a P&L.

Why growth plans drift
Most strategy decks never meet the revenue line.
The deck says premium. The promo calendar says 30% off every other week. The channel mix says wherever the last sales call landed. Nobody is holding the three together.
Branday starts from what your brand already knows about itself: positioning, price points, past promotions and what they did to margin. The plan comes out as one system, not three documents that disagree.

Runs on Branday OS
Strategy that remembers what happened last time.
Every plan, promotion and result lives in Branday OS. The agents read the history before proposing anything, and the commercial lead decides. Each quarter the plan gets smarter because the last one is still in the room.

How we work
A commercial team on call, not a one-off deck.

Diagnostic in week one
We read your pricing, promotions, mix and margins and show you where revenue leaks.

Scenarios, not opinions
Three modelled plans with the revenue, margin and brand trade-offs stated plainly.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
What is included in commercial strategy?
Pricing architecture, promotional calendar, portfolio and range decisions, channel mix, a working revenue model and a quarterly operating plan. You can take the full system or one piece of it.
How is this different from a consulting firm?
Speed, cost and memory. A plan in three weeks instead of three months, by subscription rather than a project fee, and the plan stays in the OS so the next one starts from the last one.
Can you work with our finance team?
Yes, and we prefer to. The revenue model is built to be opened, challenged and updated by them.
How often is the plan revisited?
Quarterly by default, with a monthly check of the leading indicators. Faster if a launch or a competitor moves.
Who does the work, agents or people?
Both. The agents in Branday OS model scenarios and draft the materials from your brand and sales history. A commercial lead with operating experience owns the recommendation and presents with you if you want.
What data do you need?
Sales by SKU and channel, price lists, past promotions and whatever margin view you have. Messy exports are fine; the OS does the cleaning.
Does this connect to the creative work?
That is the point. The plan feeds the campaign concepts, the paid programs and the retail materials in the same OS, so the creative is never off-plan.
How is it priced?
By subscription. See the pricing page for the current plans.
